CNC Laser Cutting
Precision begins with our advanced CNC laser cutting technology, which enables intricate and accurate cuts on sheet metals and components up to 33 kV specifications. Utilizing high-powered fiber lasers with automated controls, we achieve tolerances as fine as 0.1 mm, ideal for fabricating Switchboard and Busway Systems. This process not only enhances component accuracy—reducing assembly errors by up to 30%—but also supports sustainable manufacturing by minimizing material waste through optimized nesting algorithms. CNC Pressbreak
Our CNC press brake systems deliver exceptional bending and forming capabilities for complex electrical enclosures and structural elements. Equipped with multi-axis controls and servo-hydraulic drives, these machines handle materials from mild steel to aluminum with bending lengths up to 4 meters and capacities exceeding 200 tons. This technology is crucial for shaping custom Switchboard housings and Transformer casings, ensuring precise angles and repeatability across production runs. By integrating CAD/CAM software, we streamline design-to-fabrication transitions, boosting productivity while adhering to international standards like IEC 61439 for safety and structural integrity.

Fabrication Shop
The heart of our fabrication shop features robotic laser welding stations for seamless, high-strength joins in LV/MV/HV panels, Busways, and Compact Substations. Our automated laser welders offer deep penetration and minimal heat distortion, producing welds up to 10 mm thick with porosity-free results that exceed AWS D1.1 standards. This advanced setup supports continuous operation for large-scale projects, such as Diesel & Gas Power Generator frames, while incorporating fume extraction and real-time quality monitoring to maintain a safe, eco-conscious workspace. The result? Robust, corrosion-resistant assemblies that withstand extreme conditions in utilities, airports, and metro rail environments.

Paint Shop
Surface protection is paramount, and our dedicated powder coating line employs a rigorous 9-tank pre-coating process— including degreasing, phosphating, rinsing, and sealing—for flawless epoxy coating application. This multi-stage immersion system prepares substrates for electrostatic powder deposition, achieving uniform 80-120 micron thicknesses with superior adhesion and UV resistance. Tailored for outdoor-rated products like E-Houses and Solar Switchboards, the process ensures long-term durability against corrosion, abrasion, and environmental stressors, complying with ISO 12944 standards. Our eco-friendly, solvent-free epoxy formulations reduce VOC emissions, aligning with our sustainability goals while delivering aesthetic finishes that enhance product longevity.

Assembly Shop
Efficiency meets innovation in our automated assembly lines, where robotic arms and conveyor systems orchestrate the integration of components for Switchboards, Busways, and Generators. Featuring PLC-controlled stations with vision-guided robotics, these lines handle up to 500 units per shift, incorporating modular fixturing for quick changeovers between LV (up to 415V) and HV (up to 33 kV) configurations. This automation not only accelerates throughput—cutting assembly time by 40%—but also embeds quality checks like torque verification and electrical continuity testing, ensuring zero-defect outputs. Ideal for high-volume renewable energy projects, our lines support just-in-time manufacturing to meet tight deadlines without compromising precision.

Testing Facility
Quality assurance is embedded through our high-end testing facility, outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment for comprehensive validation of all products. From dielectric withstand tests (up to 75 kV) and thermal imaging to load simulation for Transformers and Generators, we conduct routine, type, and special tests per IEC and IEEE standards. Packing and Dispatch

Cushioned, weatherproof packaging—customized for Compact Substations or Busway segments—protects against transit damage, while our ERP-linked dispatch hub optimizes logistics for on-time delivery worldwide.
