Solutions

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of complete LV and MV distribution systems.

You buy a working system, not a carton on a delivery challan

Every scheme begins with a load study and a distribution architecture. The MV panel, transformer, LV switchboard, busway and RMU are engineered as a single system, so ratings, protection settings and interfaces are settled on the drawing board.

Design comes first

The scheme is sized against how your facility will actually run, not written backwards from a budget.

Type-tested equipment

Switchboards, busway, transformers and compact sub stations from our own works; S-Line busduct and ring main units from Lauritz Knudsen.

Our own site crews

Installation, testing and commissioning by directly employed crews, to recorded torque and insulation values.

One handover file

Approved drawings, routine test reports, dispatch records and site test results, tagged against the equipment.

Supply and installation, ordered separately

Equipment against your purchase order; installation, testing and commissioning against a work order.

Named accountability

A named contact at every level, from your zone team to the Managing Director, with stated response times.

One package, every stage of the power path

Select a stage to see what we supply for it. Each one is engineered with the stages either side of it.

Vishtech turnkey package: compact sub station, transformer, MV and LV switchboards, busway, ring main unit and solar AC panel

Capabilityat a glance

Maximum rated values offered across each product family. Actual ratings are selected against the prospective fault level and load profile established at the design stage.

Five suppliers mean ten interfaces. One partner means one.

Every line between two suppliers is a place where ratings, terminations and dates can fail to meet. Switch between the two ways of buying.

Ten steps, one team from enquiry to handover

  1. Enquiry

Send us your single-line diagram, load list and layout. Your zone team qualifies the requirement with you.

  2. Load study and design

Load study, distribution architecture and technical solution — the design precedes the quotation.

  3. Offer

One techno-commercial offer — supply, and installation, testing and commissioning, priced as two separate parts.

  4. Order and kick-off

Purchase order for supply, work order for installation; a named project manager takes ownership through to handover.

  5. Drawing approval

Controlled SLD and GA drawings issued for your approval before manufacture begins.

  6. Manufacture

Built at Phagan Majara, Ahilyanagar or Daulatpur to the approved drawings.

  7. Test and dispatch

Routine tests, witnessed where required; dispatched direct to site with certification.

  8. Install

Directly employed crews install at site to the approved layout.

  9. Test and commission

Continuity, insulation resistance, phase sequence at every tap-off and torque audit — recorded against each equipment tag.

  10. Handover and service

One documented handover file; warranty, spares and planned-shutdown support.

Clear commercial stages, stated before you order

Standard terms of supply, VPPL/GTC/2026 Rev 1. The offer and our order acceptance govern a specific order. Installation is paid against monthly running bills under a separate work order.
